知夢 Lucid Dream

說到「夢」，都會想到我們晚上沉睡時做的夢。可是，給「夢」一個更廣泛的定義，大家又會如何詮譯？是白日夢還是夢想？是穿越了時空？甚或是潛意識世界的表現？夢像另一個世界般存在於我們意識中，似是我們深藏的另一面，一個由我們潛意識所創造的世界，每一個都是獨一無二的。我們可能無法完全理解夢所表達的意思，但夢卻是屬於我們每一個的，當我們嘗試去理解自己的夢時，就像與自己對話一樣。

知夢 (Lucid Dream)意指「清醒夢」，清醒夢是做夢者於睡眠狀態中保持一定程度意識，知道自己正在做夢，甚至可以控制夢境，這個狀態很好比喻藝術家們於創作時的情況，投入在自己世界，與自己、與作品對話。

When we talk about "dreams", we always think of the dreams we have when we are asleep at night. However, given a broader definition of "dream", how will everyone interpret it? Is it a daydream or a dream? Is it through time and space? Or even a manifestation of the subconscious world? Dreams exist in our consciousness like another world, like a hidden side of us, a world created by our subconscious mind, each one is unique. We may not fully understand what dreams express, but dreams belong to each of us. When we try to understand our dreams, it is like talking to ourselves.

Lucid dream means that the dreamer maintains a certain degree of consciousness in the sleep state, knows that you are dreaming, and can even control the dream. This state is a good metaphor for the situation of artists when they create. Invest in your own world, have a dialogue with yourself and your works.
